• Access to the barn and outdoor ceremony area beginning at 8AM on Friday through Noon on Sunday

• Use of tables and chairs for up to 320 guests as well as use of the 40 outdoor benches in the outdoor ceremony area

• Specialty accent chairs for the bride and groom

• Complete set up and tear down of tables and chairs

• A two hour “second look” appointment to meet with vendors and discuss set-up arrangements

• Access to our 3,500 square foot, 4-bedroom rental house beginning 4PM Thursday - 3PM Sunday

  • The rental house is perfect to accommodate your entire wedding party and/or family and friends for the entire wedding weekend. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and one-half bathroom, on-site laundry, a swimming pool (open May-Sept) and a hot tub (open all year).

• Access to the separate “man cave” which features a poker table, bar area, and cable television beginning 4PM Thursday - 3PM Sunday. 

• Four Free tickets to our annual bridal showcase

• Digital copy of floor plan to plan for seating arrangements

• Access to the property for up to 2 hours for an engagement photo session (photographer not included)

• Access to our preferred vendor guide (vendors do not have to be chosen from the guide—it is simply for suggestions)
